With over $65 million under management in 368 well-diversified mortgages, investors have benefited from an average annual return of 9.36% in the last 5 years and, more recently, with interest rates at all time lows on GIC’s, we have managed returns of 8.8%.

Our monthly dividend distributions allow for retirement, as well as cash flow planning for all investors.
